My wife and I bought a very nice New StarCraft Pontoon boat from Spokane Valley Marine in June. After a rough first day on the water, (due to a Factory Flaw inside the outboard engine), we were a little upset to say the least. After a call with the very professional staff, we brought our boat back to the shop. The mechanics had us all fixed up and back on the road in about 5 minutes. They also added a few extra accessories at no cost, to make up for the lousy first day on the water. I need to make it clear that the lousy first day on the water, was no fault of Spokane Valley Marine. It was totally a factory flaw in the outboard engine, that was easily fixed by the great mechanics at Spokane Valley Marine. Since then we have been enjoying our new pontoon boat very much. It runs great, and rides like a dream! Thank you Gary, Dan, Erick, and the rest of the staff for the professional customer service, and all around buying experience. I purchased a Smokercraft Yukon 19.5 with a Honda 135 several years ago at another dealer in Spokane, and this boat had "porpoised" no matter what I did to trim after 3800 rpm. I figured it was just the hull design. I took my boat to the technicians at Valley and they indicated they felt the engine was set too high on the transom. To cut to the quick of it all.... they re-set and mounted the main motor, they fixed my "sloppy" steering with new components, they fixed my broken gas tank cap lock, they fixed my broken link on my top braces, mounted a new high quality swim ladder, serviced both Honda engines, and I picked up my boat. It now runs 45 mph at 6000 rpm, SMOOTH AS A LAZER..... steering crisp and positive, a good safe new gas cap, new swim ladder that will support the biggest man you can find. I had 6 issues, they corrected all 6 completely! ...... and I have never been so thankful and happy with professional spot-on service from ANY boat dealer anywhere. I'm 66 years old and have had several boats over the years.....this staff is 110%, you don't find that much anymore...... So, I say to anyone, go to Spokane Valley Marine with TOTAL confidence. This group is too good at what they do for me to not have at least said so, and should be proud of themselves. I know where I go for my boat needs now forever.

I can't thank Dan and the mechanics enough. I recently had my 225 Etec worked on from a certified dealer in Olympia, supposedly it was ready for the water. I took a trip to Banks lake and could not get the boat off the trailer due to engine alarm(s). 6 hrs away from home, a weeks scheduled vacation and a bass tournament to pre fish for, well it was very depressing. I called Spokane Valley Marine and after a little convincing (or maybe Dan sensed my despair) they stated bring it in. He seemed to be thorough with the diagnostics, even discussing with BRP tech's to assure my money for parts was justified. Bottom line, they repaired my faults on the engine code and I was able to salvage a few days of fishing. The engine has ran well. They even found an additional issue that the previous certified Etec mechanics in Olympia self-generated. If they were on the west side of the state, they would have all my business & the two existing certified dealers on the west side would see a drastic decline in business.....Thanks again!!
